Robert Lester Pillot, Jr. Canton Pa. – 50 counts of Child Pornography

This is an example of someone who has been allowed to exist in society who should have been removed from society a long time ago.  Mr Pillot was first arrested for child porn in 2013, and plead guilty to 11 counts in 2015.   Pennsylvania left him back out, like they always do, and this time he plead guilty to 50 counts with hundreds being dropped.
