Mr. Hulslander started his February 2026 morning the same way many in Canton start their morning, by hitting that meth. Hulslander then decided to drive around in an old beat up Mitsubishi in Towanda Pennsylvania Hulslander was pulled over for multiple violations by local authorities. While the police were running Hulslander’s information, Hulslander climbed out through the passenger window and attempted to run.
Hulslander was taken to the hospital to test for the prescenes of drugs in his system, however, his left arm had too much star tissue from drug use and could not be tested.
Hulslander was charged with felony flight to avoid apprehension, misdemeanors of evading arrest, disorderly conduct and two DUI charges. He also faces charges in Lycoming county for Endangering the Welfare of Children.
