WESTLYN DANIEL SPENCER, 28, Canton, PA – Simple Assault X2

Its been said that the people who live in Canton Pennsylvania are very slow learners.   That would explain why WESTLYN DANIEL SPENCER was arrested for simple Assault in 2017, and then again in December of 2025.   His second offense landed him in a place very familiar to him, the Bradford county correctional facility.
